"Great quality food but if you have a nut allergy, watch out because they give you a free salad dish at the beginning. It has crushed peanuts hidden inside. Generally, if you have nut allergies always mention it in Colombia when you sit down. Rib eye was amazing."

"What a great place. The food was very authentic and the drinks were delicious. We ordered arroz chaucha, lomo saltado, causa de pollo, y ceviche. The flavors were great. There was live music and the service was great. I highly recommend."

"I was not expecting this place to be so good, it might not sound right, I guess a better way of saying would be that it was even better than I expected it. We tried the Pasta al estilo chiclayo and Piqueo de Causas, and it was enough for 3 adults. The food had a lot of different and intense flavors. Probably not very authentic but extremely savory and worth it."

"The food and service was excelent. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was items that the were out of. This was only due to some of the things going on in the city but the staff didn't seem to be aware of what they were out of until the last minute and after we order. With that being said, the food and drinks that we did get were great and will definitely be back."

"My second time at La Piura. I keep a fairly strict carnivore diet, and I really appreciate the grilling skills of the kitchen here. Pair that with the amazing, friendly staff and hostesses and it really is a winning combo. Will be back many more times to enjoy La Piura in the future."

"The whole experience was incredible from the moment you walk through the door the attention and service is beyond expectations. And the food? Incredible! Everything was cooked to perfection, have tried multiple restaurants in Pereira but I might have to stay this is my favorite. The drinks were also amazing and well decorated even the experience of how they were brought out was awesome. I will definitely be back & definitely recommend visiting Piura!"
